I’ve done a lot of detoxes and cleanses and this is the first one I’ve done that worked almost immediately. So I’m giving this product for stars for that reason. However, alfalfa is not some thing I think humans should consume. It has a terrible taste and provides an enormous amount of roughage in the digestive system all at once. The result was not enjoyable. Each powder had one or two ingredients that were objectionable with the exception of super beautiful. I ended up getting my money back because this didn’t work for me. But I would advise everyone to really look at the ingredients and really think this through before you purchase. I do use their moon balance product and I like it quite a bit.
