Cables are not working
Second time i buy this product after returning the first one due to not working. The second one was not working properly as well. When i did some research, ended up trying different cables as part of the troubleshooting and the issue was related to in the box cables. Non of them work properly

Der Lautsprecherausgang rauscht leider extrem, sodass die Kopfhörernutzung nur eingeschränkt möglich ist. Das Mikrofon merkt sich leider nicht die Position des Drehknopfes. Generell ist die Qualität unterdurchschnittlich, auch zu dem Preis.

It is easy to setup and to use right away. I love the RGB light in it. I recorded and use it for my meetings and it is working great. For the price I got it, it is a steal :)

Have anker products but didn’t have a microphone it’s at a great price and the quality is fantastic

Has great sounding audio. Checked with several IT engineers. Way better than a laptop microphone. Tested on teams and Windows 10 only. Grab your self a bargain. Well done Anker for another great product. Great company. Delivery was excellent from Amazon too.
