Based on "watt=volt*amper" your charger must output 4 amps. the spec does not mention that. did you name the model number 20w to scam people?

Chargers are usually capable of outputting different voltages. My Apple 20 watt ipad charger can output 5 volts at 3 amps = 15 watts. It can also output 9 volts at 2.22 amps = 20 watts. The phones and ipads are designed to draw the appropriate amount of current from the provided power source. So it is likely that this charger will have a 9v/2.22a spec to achieve 20 watts. Than said, it seems to me that ordering power supplies like this on Amazon is a crapshoot - sometimes you get what is shown, sometines you do not. So I am not endorsing this product, but the claim of 20 watts can be achieved at less than 4 amps.
