There's not a size chart I just went off of the other comments. I got a size B and it fits perfect. Not too tight but very supportive. I'm 5'1" and 150, 8 months pregnant.

There's not actually a color difference-- the model in the picture is wearing a fake white belly. The belly area is made of regular thin, stretchy hosiery while the rest of the garment is made of the thicker compression-style hosiery. While you'll likely notice more transparency in the belly area, the entire garment is made with the same color material. I wore these to my baby shower under a white cotton dress and had no modesty issue.
