Simple, and easy to use.
Screwdriver has 2 buttons, one close to the driver is the forward, while the rear of the front button is backwards. I like how its simple. It runs on 2 AAA batteries and does not come included. Alkaline batteries used for the screwdriver is highly discouraged because it drains quickly, so I personally recommend Energizer Lithium AAA batteries, because they deliver more power and last longer. My only downsides is that I don't like how the torque is very low and only tightens medium to lightly tightened screws. By that I mean that the screw should only be around factory tightened. Overall it really does help me save my hands from doing long work from a manual screwdriver.

Another GREAT Ifixit Product!
I’ll begin by saying this iFixit Precision Electric Screwdriver is much better than the other reviews I’ve read. It does exactly what it’s meant to do as a low torque precision screwdriver, making it perfect for delicate tasks like electronics repair and small assembly projects. The build quality feels a bit cheap at first glance, but I’ve found it to be surprisingly durable. I’ve used it for several projects, and it hasn’t shown any signs of wear or malfunction. The versatility of this tool is impressive; it comes with a variety of bits that can handle different screw types, which is a huge plus. One of the standout features for me is the battery life. It runs on just two AAA batteries, and I’ve been using it for weeks without needing to replace them. That’s a significant advantage for a tool of this kind.Overall, I would rate the iFixit Precision Electric Screwdriver 4 stars. While it could benefit from a more premium feel in the build quality, its performance and value make it a worthwhile addition to any toolkit.

over all a good screwdriver but there is some room for improvement.
Overall it is a good product. I feel like it has just about the right amount of torque, you shouldnt break loose a screw with a electric screwdriver so you dont strip a screw or threads and you shouldnt fully tighten a screw with one for the same reasons. This screw driver has just enough power to get things tight so you dont break plastic if you are screwing in to plastic. The buttons are in a good place and the build quality seems pretty good for the price. The only down sides I have found with this screwdriver are that I wish it has a rechargeable battery and I wish you had a button to turn the light on or there was a delay to keep the light on for a few seconds after you release the driving buttons so you can see down in to holes you are trying to screw in to because of this the light is not really that helpful.

It's works decent.
I love this little screwdriver, but it kinda falls short in power. It's barely strong enough to take out the little screws in my ps5 controller and barely strong enough to put them back in. Yes I installed fresh new AAA batteries before use.The good side of this I'd I've used it enough to warrant buying the miniware screw driver. I still plan to keep this driver in my arsenal but I was a little disappointed by it. Hopefully ifixit releases a better/stronger model soon

Not worth the money
Since it’s an iFixit product, I figured it would be awesome, but I was sorely mistaken. It’s battery powered and doesn’t have enough torque to take a screw out by itself, unless of course all your products have screws that aren’t completely screwed in! Instead, you have to loosen the screw manually and then use the electric the rest of the way, but since you already had to manually loosen it, there is no point in switching back to the electric. It it’s defense, it’s easy to use and does function, to a certain extent. It’s durable and well built as well.If you’re in the market for an electric screwdriver, look elsewhere for one with a higher price point because as the saying goes: “You get what you pay for.”

Pen screwdrivers with light
Works very nicely.Of course it's meant for smaller hardware mused in watches , glasses and electronics type devices..Mine works perfect....Handy gizmo, worth every penny I spent on it..My arthritic hands love it as well...I bought another one for my wife to use in her craft studio..I could have used one back in my airline days for sure..It's a good buy...goodluck !!

No torque and mine broke
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: I decided to contact iFixit for the heck of it. I like what they're about, and I don't want to let that image die.I told them my experience (below), and they immediately sent me two new ones. Plus they threw in stickers.I understand products can be faulty. When a company stands behind their products, this is something I appreciate. I'm assumming these new drivers will work fine. It's true that they have low torque, but IMHO screws in electronics are not tightened with a torque wrench. I believe it applies sufficient torque for electronics repair. I wouldn't use it for locking down lug nuts on on your stock car before exiting the pit thoughI had the impression that iFixit was a quality brand. I have one of their kits and am happy with it. But this screwdriver is a disappointment. You can see in my video that it doesn't have enough torque to overpower my fingers. And no I'm not Bjørn, the finger strength world champion for Norway. And after maybe 5 uses, the reverse just stopped working.

Incredibly Weak
Bought the iFixit brand electric screwdriver as I figured it would be high quality like their other products. Unfortunately it is very weak and its better to just screw/unscrew things manually. Most things I have to unscrew a little and then use this to finish the job, which is not ideal. The 2x triple AAA battery requirement should have been a dead giveaway. That said, its quality and build are perfectly fine, just no power.
