Good function option and a great buy for your first microwave. Speed of heating is quick and been using it almost daily from past 3 months.

The all-black design of this microwave oven is very sleek and adds a stylish touch to the kitchen. However, the dark tinted glass on the door makes it challenging to monitor the food while it’s cooking, as visibility is quite limited even with the internal light on. The “Keep Warm” function is useful but could be more energy-efficient, as it uses the heating coil continuously for up to an hour. Nevertheless, the microwave performs efficiently, with various auto-cook programs that make meal prep easy. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a small family of 2-3, providing good value and functionality for daily use.

Awesome product

I had a terrible experience purchasing from Amazon. The oven I received was not working. After filing a complaint with customer service, they arranged for a Samsung technician to inspect the product. The technician confirmed that the oven was defective.However, when I contacted Amazon for a resolution, they kept me waiting for two days before informing me that Samsung had reported the issue as resolved. This was completely inaccurate. I raised concerns about their poor communication and clarified that the problem remained unresolved. I also reached out to Samsung directly, and they confirmed that they had reported a manufacturing defect and recommended a replacement.Despite this, Amazon asked me to wait another two days before finally arranging a pickup—three days later. After a frustrating delay, they eventually collected the oven and processed my refund. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I had already the same at my house, it is so easy to use. Last 6 years we are using. So, i bought anothe for my rented house.

Service guy came to my home and gave me instruction. That was good. No issue. But he required the petrol paying 200 rs. Is this correct ?
