Most reviews focus on taste. Ok, here's how to take this stuff: pour about a tablespoon of water in a small dosing cup, squeeze the exoflex packet into the water, down it in one shot (like a shot of tequila), immediately chase with water/juice. It's not that bad. Your joints will be happier.

Tastes disgusting!

After a week of use, I can say it helps “a bit”… If you want to narrow me down to a number, I would say that I have 1/4 to 1/3 less pain/joint stiffness. From what I gather from the nutritional information, the effective ingredient is something called BiovaFlex. There are mixed results online on how much it helps… Considering the cost and number of dosages, you are looking at about two dollars a day. So if two dollars a day is no big deal for you to feel a little bit better, then go for it. I will say this though, it doesn’t taste good. You open up one of the foil packets every day and you can either squeeze it out into your mouth, or mix it with water, or juice, or yogurt… They say it is best to take on an empty stomach though… Personally, I just squeeze it directly into my mouth and chase it with some sort of flavored beverage to get the taste out of my mouth, but it’s not that big of a deal. It won’t perform miracles, but it will help.

Really disappointed with this product. Not only does it taste terrible and stain your teeth yellow, but it also is very poorly formulated and underdosed. I will explain the good and bad of it below:The good:This product uses a 450mg dose of a patented, clinically studied eggshell membrane. 450mg is the same dose that has shown benefits in studies for joint health and knee function.The bad:This product uses Curcuvail curcumin, which has high bioavailability and has been studied in clinical trials. That sounds great, until you realize that this product only uses 50mg Curcuvail, and all the studies showing any effects used 500mg. So you're only getting 1/10th of a meaningful dose of curcumin with this product. It seems more like the manufacturer really only added it to be able to put curcumin on the label. To make matters worse, even though it's a small amount of curcumin, it's enough to turn the liquid BRIGHT yellow. This will absolutely stain your teeth and your toothbrush if you consume it every day for 30 days.The boswellia just says "boswellia serrata". Is it even an extract? I would hope so, because boswellia needs to be extracted to be effective, but the label and description don't give you any info about the boswellic acid %.The MSM is also underdosed. Common MSM dosage is 2 to 6 grams per day. This product only has 300mg. So again, not enough to be clinically relevant. The only other ingredient is a little vitamin C.Even worse than the product formulation is the taste - it's absolutely awful. A kind of watery, sweet, and very bitter yellow goo that stains your teeth and anything it touches. There really is no reason to get curcumin and herbal supplements in liquid or liposomal form, it's not worth the staining issues, and there is no real proof that you even get better bioavailability.They really missed the mark on this product. Very expensive for what it is, considering how little active ingredients are actually in it. Even if this product had a better formulation, I still wouldn't recommend. It's not worth the taste and the yellow teeth.

We've had several Aurora products and it seems to me they all taste similar.So I kinda knew what this might taste like when I requested this ExoFlex.This taste oddly oily -citric - nutty - and bitter.I've not been a fan of the flavor of the Aurora products I've usedand don't care for this one either but believe it's worthwhile so I take it anyway.> I will say that their products taste better chilled..Some other products are 16oz and take up room in our refrigerator.> That's one thing nice about these packets which require very little room.and can put a few at a time in to chill.This is a good line up for joint care.> eggshell membrane = collagen> Vitamin C> Boswellia - an effective anti-inflammatory and pain killer,it's been known helpful for treating some cancers.(General dosage guidelines suggest 200 mg to 300 mg)> Curcumin is well known for it's many health benefits in alternative medicine.It's used as an antioxidant / anti-inflammatory nutrient that's studies have shownit improves joint health and has been found to improve memory and attention.Plus - also cognitive functions in people with AD (Alzheimer's disease)> Methylfulsonylmethane - (AKA = MSM) essential for many functions in the body.Supports proper cell functions, immune system and supportthe body's ability to repair connective tissue system.This Liposomal delivery allows the body to absorb up to 9 times more than regular supplements.The vitamins are broken down into tiny micro particles, wrapped in fatwhich allows it to pass through the gut lining without being digested,carrying the Vitamins into the blood stream for direct absorption by the cells.Take on empty stomach for best results.

I hit the asphalt at 20 mph last month when my bike and I parted ways unexpectedly. My road rash has healed but my right shoulder has been getting worse by the day. Something is borked in the rotating part. If I take diclofenac I feel no pain in my shoulder. I only had a few days supply and the pain returned. I started sucking down two of these exoFlex a day to see what would happen. My shoulder pain is gone and I can reach in the fridge and pull out a gallon of milk without screaming.The taste isn't wonderful so I just scissor the end off the packet and squeeze the contents into my mouth. It tastes like banana peel mixed with orange rind. Not bad but not something I enjoy.If it didn't work I wouldn't take it.
