Better than Happy: Connecting with Divinity Through Conscious Thinking

I loved reading this book. Jody has shared so much of her wisdom and knowledge. I hope all my kids will read it and anyone else who wants to be better than happy!

This book will help you gain insight into what your brain is thinking and how to change what doesn’t serve you!! I can’t give it enough stars!!!!

This book was life changing for me! I have never read a book like this where I retained what I learned and she makes it so easy to retain and apply to your everyday/every moment of your life. Yes, it was that good. Thank you, thank you for being so inspired to write this!

A great uncomplicated practical resource for personal and spiritual growth.

Through most of the book I knew that it made sense - it just did, no other way around it. But, for the majority of the time through the book, and listening to a handful of her coaching examples, it seemed like there was a piece missing. It wasn’t completely right, until I reached a chapter towards the end on faith and that’s when it came together. The book connected with recent teachings I had learned in Stake Conference from a General Authority, and I felt a bit of peace. There are still a few questions that I have and want to work through, but I agree with this process and model and want to try and integrate it into my life. I can sense that it will bring many great changes if only I try my best to be a better human, and accept and love all the mistakes along the way.

Jody Moore really breaks it down. This book is a life changer if you need to balance work and relationships and especially if you are a mom!

This book has and is helping me do just that. it can profoundly change lives as it's doing with mine now. I'm thrilled with how quickly it has turned my heart and mind and spirit around for the better in so many ways! Thank you a million times Jody Moore.

Loved this book! I have been in Jody's be bold program which is amazing and she offers each month for less than a coaching session. Her program is loaded with lots of helps and content that you can access. I love this book! It's a great handbook that goes along with what she teaches in her coaching. It's an easy read with hands on examples throughout the book. Love the QR code that has 10 hours of her coaching people through the model .Even though it's from a doctrinal perspective of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints it is helpful for anybody. She focuses on the teachings and examples of Christ to help us show up better in life and relatinoships.
