Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 128GB, Gold - (Renewed)

Really impressed with the quality of the phone, its like brnad new! 100% battery and no marks or scratches anywhere on the screen or back. Very intuative operating system, just what you expext from an Iphone. Very good quality camera, maybe not quite up to the standard of the Pixel equivalent, but still very good and has worked in both bright and low light situations. Monster storage too which is great, without too much storage being used on the operating system. Would absolutley recommend this seller and the product.

Very good/excellent condition. Storage (128gb) a little small these days but good reminder to download all those thousands of photos to a hard drive. The IOS needed updating out of the box but not unusual with all the new iOS 26 updates flying around. Buy refurbished if you want a great phone at a reasonable price (especially if buying for teenagers!).

I got the IPhone 13 Pro Max (“excellent condition”). It looked good superficially but within hours the cellular function failed so I could only use it where there was WiFi as 5g/4g etc failed completely. I checked and EE, my network was working fine in the area and my girlfriend’s EE phone was working perfectly fine in the same room. I was prompted by the phone to download the apple Support app as it detected a problem. It then ran diagnostic tests and the outcome was a per my pics before - a hardware issue was found that would need the phone brought to an Apple Shop to try to fix. In other words the phone was useless. I see now why the previous owner sold on the phone to these sellers despite his phone being in good condition in appearance. I’ve contacted the sellers and have told them to take this rubbish back and send the same model phone again, but not a dud one this time. If this next one fails too I won’t be using the company again. Any hassle from them regarding returning the item and I’ll go via Amazon directly, as I have read reviews of them wanting people to pay for the return delivery themselves and pay them more money (and wanting communication via telephone rather than via Amazon’s chat, so they can try to shaft you.

Condition: Bought the 13 Max Pro 1TB renewed in Excellent Condition from PixelDirect. Unfortunately there was a small scratch on the screen, and there are plenty of marks on the body. This goes counter to what Excellent Condition should be! I was hoping for much better. Battery was 90% which isn't too bad. Size: It's big but not so big as to make it unusable most of the time. I've quickly gotten used to it from my 6S. It has some heft to it and feels solid. Usage: It's fast and nippy loading apps and moving between them, and the screen is great to look at. The camera take some getting used to, but it's producing good photos so far. It does, however, take ages to charge. The seller enclosed a 10W charger - not great as this will take around six hours for the phone to charge, if I remember correctly. Ok if you charge it overnight. The phone itself can draw around 27W, so buy yourself a 30W charger to get the most out of its fast charge ability and hit 100% in 1.5 hours.

iphone 13 pro max Refurbished overall, it’s a decent device for the price. The phone looks great with minimal signs of wear, and it functions well in terms of speed and camera quality. However, I was a bit disappointed to find the battery health at 87%. While that’s not terrible, it does mean the phone doesn’t last as long on a full charge compared to a new one, which is something to consider if you’re a heavy user. It’s a fair deal, but I expected a bit better on the battery front for a refurbished product, Also Screen is too smooth to put Screen protector .

Après un peu plus de 6 mois d’utilisation Ce portable a été très mal reconditionné voir peut être pas du tout avant d' être remis à la vente. La batterie a gonflé sans aucune raison ce qui a endommagé l’écran qui a arrêté de fonctionner. Le micro du haut parleur n a jamais fonctionné, la coque arrière également fissuré dès le debut. Et tout cela au cour des 8 derniers mois. Un téléphone a plus de 600€ on souhaite qu il fonctionne et non avoir un portable HS. Un réparateur m a même dit de changer de téléphone alors que ce celui ci n' a même pas encore un an. Je vous déconseille fortement ce vendeur, qui ne fait également pas son travail correctement même en cas de problème. j ai comme l impression de mettre fait arnaquer. Je ne comprends pas qu amazon laisse faire de tel vendeur sur leur site surtout quand on lit les autres avis ce n' est pas là première fois que le vendeur ne fait pas les choses correctements .

Físicamente genial, pantalla nueva y batería al 100%… (lo que han reparado), pero el interior es otra cosa. El móvil No funciona!!! Desde el soporte de Apple me comunican que está averiado y se debe de reparar. Problemas en el Hardware. Adjunto fotos. Antes que ir al soporte de Apple, intenté todo por sacarle punta, pero fue imposible… Una gran decepción de compra. Si quieres un móvil roto, este es tu sitio. No entiendo cómo pueden enviar a un cliente un móvil roto.

Very very bad mobile . Automatic charging in hand mobile bettery was changed and after 5 to 10 minutes its become hot .please anyone don’t buy mobile from there if you buy you just waste your money
