Mind Over Matter: A Beautiful Book from the ‘Mysteries of the Unknown’ Time-Life Series
I’ve got to say it: This is a great book; it is one of 29 books in the series, Mysteries of the Unknown, authored and published by Time-Life Books, Alexandria, VA.This 1988 hard-cover book has 144 glossy pages with either a color or black and white photo or graphic on every page. The book has 3 Chapters, each of which is followed by an Essay (except for Chapter 2, which is followed by 2 Essays), tying all of the information of each Chapter together. Chapter 1: Physical Powers at Will; Chapter 2: Putting PK to the Test; and Chapter 3: Mind Over BodyFinally, there are: the Bibliography, Picture Credits, Acknowledgements, and the Index. This is a very interesting book from an interesting series. I have some of the books, and I am now looking for the rest of them, so that I have the entire series.

Not quite what I expected
Ok. I first read the review from this book from this site. I sounded pretty good. Learning about PK and Uri Geller. I just got this book today. The first chapter was good. It talked about Uri Geller and how he learned his ability, went on radio shows, and was tested in Labs. Theres a section called "Putting PK to the test". I thought it gave me ways to develop PK, but all it talked about was a man who could guess what the outcome of a dice. Page after page, dice after dice. But other than that the book was GREAT! It talked about people through history who could do PK, hypnosis, and mind over body (Walking on coal and things like that). I thought the book was overall FABULOUS!!!
