Just received this burner and I must say, I am so happy with it!Firstly, it took me quite a while to find electric burners in the UK that were either mains-powered or USB, and eventually, this popped up which made me very happy.Secondly, the design/look is so pretty and looks great in my room which has inspired me to buy 2 more so I can place them in other rooms in the house.Finally, I am just happy to have a fairly safe unit I can use to burn my diluted fragrance oil (1 part water for every drop of fragrance oil) as I am no longer a fan of the water-based Diffuser systems which make the house quite humid.The quality is also amazing; my only request to the Seller/Manufacturer is please do a USB version so I can also travel with it and not require an adapter :)But to you the Buyer, if in doubt, definitely grab one! If I do notice any thing I'll definitely come back and update this review, but for now, 5/5!

The wax burner I received may be a faulty one..basically, I got mine, allowed it to even preheat and then added the wax melt. A really small one by the way. The burner then does get really hot, but it would not soften the (small) wax melt I added within two hours never mind minutes, I don't get it as the plate was really hot. It's fine for Aromatheray, oil and water. I'm glad others have had success with theirs. I will use mine as an aromatherapy oil burner and move it somewhere I can remember to turn it off as ...Unfortunately there is no timer, no safety off switch...and it has been accidentally left on overnight which I feel could be quite dangerous. There is just an on off button on the cord . TO BE FAIR I HAVE GIVEN MY FEEDBACK ON THIS TO PALANCHY EU who graciously refunded my order AND TOOK MY FEEDBACK ON BOARD and refunded me as no other electric burner they sell could be sent to my country which sucks but I REALLY appreciated their constant conversation and strive to satisfy the customer as most sellers here wouldnt give you the time of day never mind have a very polite back and forth conversation. hth anyone reading.Jacky

Lovely design with the combination of matte black and shiny metallic gold, very smart stylish and elegant looking! Ceramic feels of a decent well-made quality. Came well packaged in a card box plus styrofoam inside so protected against damage. Took mine about 5-10mins to heat up enough to start melting a pretty large chunk of wax. No temperature control (just an on/off switch on the cable) but it seems the perfect temperature, not too hot to be dangerous, but hot enough to do what it needs to do! Would recommend!

So small you wouldn't think it would work...but it does!It does seemly take a long time to melt a wax cube. But once it does the aroma is great! The top part is East to remove to tip the liquid back into a rhe cube holder of whatever one you bought without being too hot too handle. I live in a small room in a shelter so I don't know how good this would be to fill a normal living room. But I'm very glad I bought it. Really lovely ceramic melt heater . Let’s a gentle scent in the room , definitely not overpowering . Much better than candle fumes or the build blowing in the electric ones .The melts go in a ceramic tray that’s placed on the hot plate . Doesn’t over heat also very easy to clean . Will definitely be purchasing more . Well worth the money you won’t be disappointed. 🤗
