Counting Crochet Set Digital – Original Ergonomic Crochet Hook Set with Digital Counter to Track Rows and Stitches – Counting Crochet Kit with 9 Interchangeable Crochet Hooks

First let me start off by saying this is NOT a BOT or a FAKE review: I’M NOT GETTING PAID FOR ANY PROMOTION! I’M JUST TRYING TO HELP OUT MY FELLOW CROCHETERS AND WEED OUT THE FO’s AND HOPEFULLY SAVE YOU SOME TIME! I’m an avid crocheter and my downfall has ALWAYS been MISCOUNTING my STITCHES which leads to uneven or crooked ROWS! LOL And I’ll be honest I’m not really a fan of counting which may sound hilarious but is 100% true! lol And if you’re reading this and thinking well this sounds like me please hang in there I PROMISE I will get the heart of the matter. lol I’ve tried using those finger stitch counters with the two buttons!(don’t get me wrong great idea if you have another hand lol but personally not a fan) I know I could use it on the other hand..nope been there done that..not happening so I was hoping one day someone would come up with something to make my life easier! And if you’re thinking YEA THIS IS ME...WELL honestly look no further than this crochet hook set! MY CROCHET DREAMS CAME TRUE AND MAYBE YOURS TOO! This is PURE GENIUS! It has a rechargeable battery w/a USB-A charging cord which means you can pretty much charge it on the go ANYWHERE you can find a plug-in and the the charge lasts for hours. Which means hours of uninterrupted crocheting fun anywhere, anytime! It has INTERCHANGEABLE CROCHET HOOK HEADS (THAT’S WHAT THE THE LITTLE WRENCH IN THE SET IS FOR lol) so you have different sizes(for whatever you’re working on presently or for making spur of the moment projects),a wrench for changing out and tightening the heads, a charging cord, separate Row&Stitch buttons( not only keeps track of your numbers but it has a memory option where if you get interrupted or need to put your project down it remembers so you don’t have to. FOR THOSE OF US WHO SUFFER FROM CRS( you know can’t remember STUFF! lol plus the buttons are not super sensitive so not really much chance of adding accidental stitches and the buttons are in what I PERSONALLY FEEL is a NATURAL place on the ergonomic handle) and a hard sturdy case and a nice thick band to hold it all together for home, travel or wherever your crochet dreams may take you! Thank you so much for creating something that FINALLY HAS MADE MY LIFE EASIER! If you made it this far Go Ahead and Add to your cart! You won’t be disappointed!The ONLY CON to me is the directions could be more detailed. Just a suggestion but an update on the directions would be more helpful.Because then people would know that after you line up the hook head in the hole of the handle with the shape of the hook head size you desire to use you would then know to turn RIGHTY TIGHTY or CLOCKWISE to hold the head in place then you use the little WRENCH TO LOCK IT INTO PLACE USING THE SAME STEP before you try to crochet! THEN THE HEADS WOULDN’T FALL OFF!! LOL

I ordered this, and while a great product, it was missing a hook size. I reached out to the seller and they fixed my issue with no hassle! Great product, great service!

The detachable hooks do not stay attached while stitching. Also, the shape of the handle/positioning of finger grooves as compared to how the hook is positioned is not comfortable and makes it difficult to use. Couldn't get past these issues to even try to make use of the stitch counter function.

UPDATE: They do now make one with an extra 8mm head, so 11 total hooks. Maybe because of my review? Also there are other similar ones with plastic light up hooks and a 17 hook set that goes half sizes up to 7 then whole sizes up to 14. I have tried several, I do prefer the metal hooks but it’s nice to have the plastic light up ones at night especially if I crochet in bed. I mean, it would be hard to have too many hooks. So yes, I love these interchangeable style hooks because they take up so much less space and are easier to carry around, the counting hook is a must when I’m doing large projects like afghans (or else my edges get wonky as I miss or add stitches), and although I prefer the metal ones the plastic light up ones are great to have too. This is definitely a staple item I really wouldn’t want to be without.ORIGINAL REVIEWSo…first I wanted to rebut some of these negative reviews and then I have a neat tip for those that want larger hooks, like me.1. I saw a review that said they were cheap and broke immediately, I’ve not experienced that at all. I abuse mine and they hold up perfectly.2. I saw a review that the battery dies frequently, again, not my experience. I use mine daily and I can’t remember the last time I charged it!3. Someone said the sizes are wrong and not marked, this isn’t true either, they’re normal sizes and they are marked BUT I can see why they might say that because they are written very small on the part that goes under where you place the wrench so it’s obscure and maybe a little hard to read but it’s there for sure.4. The hooks stay on, but you have to read the instructions. It comes with a tiny wrench, you put the hook on so it’s facing slightly to your right, then you apply the wrench, one click to the left aligns the hook so its now on perfectly straight and aligned with the grip and it’s on nice and snug. No way these just pop off.-yes you do have to click the button at the end of each stitch but you literally just move your thumb down an inch, click, and move on. It becomes a part of your stitch routine.I find this so helpful, as a beginner I constantly add and drop stitches and don’t notice until it’s way too late, and I can’t keep track of stitch counts in my head. Now I know right away and can go back and fix easily. Especially once I have to walk away and come back, it remembers where I left off!. Now my edges are perfect.Finally, the only reason I didn’t give it 5 across the board is that my favorite size is 8mm and, as these state, they only go to 6.5. Well, I never use a 2mm so I sacrificed my 2mm hook to cut off the hook part to get the connector piece and glued a plastic 8mm top to the connector and it worked like a charm. Now I have an 8mm head! (See picture included). I love this hook and just won’t crochet without it anymore. Highly recommend.*I was not paid or compensated at all for my review.

I saw this on Facebook and was shocked at what a good price it was for such a good set of crochet hooks that actually do this! And their Facebook team is super nice, it's probably the first time I've ever bought something I saw on Facebook and it was so worth it! I have been making a chevron blanket and I kept not being able to focus on counting my stitches, now I've fixed it and I have been telling all my friends who crochet, even the person who taught me, they must get this. It works perfectly, it's super light weight and comfortable in my hand, and the most important part, it does exactly what it says it will. Definitely would and do recommend and would buy again!! I will have this set forever. My 12 year old daughter even wants to crochet now because I've been bragging about these 😂❤️

I like the stitch counting feature of this product, but the needle is extremely long making it awkward to use and the needles were all sticky. They each needed to be cleaned with alcohol before use.

I crochet all the time. I used to have to write down what row or round I was on. With this it is much easier. Even if it doesn't have the size I need for the project it can still be used to count stitches and rows.
