Aria compressa…a portata di mano!
The media could not be loaded.

Works Great but a Bit Expensive
This device works great. I've had it for several weeks now and have been using it almost daily to remove dust from my computer equipment. There have been reviewers who complain about the device blowing hot air. I can confirm it does blow hot air after some use; however, I do not believe this will have any adverse effect, such as increasing the thermal load on existing computer equipment, as most computer equipment runs hotter than what this device puts out.As for the noise level, it is quite loud. The reason is there is a small fan inside to make the unit portable and handheld. To move a certain volume of air, you have two choices. You either have a huge fan and spin it at lower speeds. Or, if you have a smaller fan, but you'll have to spin it at faster speeds to move the same volume of air. Because the fan in this unit is small, it's quite loud! The air it moves is quite impressive. I have some things on my desk that I didn't think could be moved by this blast of air, but the Dorobeen moved them! That being said, if you have equipment that is sensitive to scratches, then you'll want to hold the blower a little further away in order to avoid sand-blasting it.I haven't ran the batteries down to the 30-minute mark that this device is advertised to run at. I only use it for about a minute or two every day, so it will be some time before I expect to have to recharge it. As for the price-per-performance, it is a bit expensive for what it does. But then again, compressed air has limitations, too. The initial blast is furious but after just tens of seconds of use, oftentimes the can gets too cold for you to hold anymore. And if you need to invert or change the angle of the can for any reason, then you increase the chances of spraying freezing fluid. This chemical could damage equipment (don't ask me how I know). So does the $57 justify the cost? I'm not sure. Thing is I've never bought $57 dollars worth of compressed air in my life. The blast from the cans have never been that impressive. As such, I can remember owning only 4 cans at most for the entire 20+ years of computing. That being said, I generally take the stuff that I want to dust off into the garage and use my air compressor, set to 60 PSI. With this gizmo, it will certainly be easier to remove dust without having to disconnect all the cables and bring the tower into the garage. Is it 60 PSI? I think it feels more like 30 PSI. Bear in mind, too, that air compressors often spew up microscopic bits of lubricating oil. Of course, this Dorobeen doesn't spew out microscopic oil because of the way the fan works.
