I've made around 100+ buttons by now, and aside from the handle being a bit spooky (it feels like it might snap when I apply force, but so far hasn't...) I think its a pretty great button press! I've only had a couple of buttons catastrophically fail, but those were due to misalignment of the paper/mylar or a defective button part. My trick is to place the paper design straight on, and have the pin part at about a 30 degree angle to make sure it lines up. Also, make sure you are pressing past the resistance on the 2nd step, or you won't get a seal! It should press just a bit more after the resistance. This is where the handle feeling flimsy is a bit scary lol. Also, the green plastic heart mold fits this model as well!

This pin maker is a great tool for DIY projects! The parts are sturdy, and I love that the kit includes moulds and pins in multiple sizes. It’s a great starter kit with plenty of buttons, plus helpful accessories like circle cutters. The setup was simple, and the machine operates smoothly. Overall, it’s a fun and easy to use tool that’s perfect for fun projects.

Works as stated. Very sturdy, even though you wouldn’t think so because it has some plastic parts. I gave it 4 stars because the instructions appeared to be for another model and I almost broke it by using it incorrectly until I looked at the website for further trouble shooting instructions. I would highly recommend doing that.

This item is missing the proper washers for the 2 smaller sized molds. It says it should have either a white or black washer for each size. I have the correct, black, hard plastic washer for the largest size. It is too big for the smaller molds & they sent flimsy green PAPER washers for the 2 smaller molds. It was mangled upon first use & the machine cannot work properly without it. The piece (back of the button) falls all the way in and cannot connect to the top half to complete the button.I would send it back but I bought it several months ago and did not have time to try it out until now. Now it will just sit here useless until I can figure out if there is a piece that will work properly from a hardware store, which I should NOT have to do.There are no directions for changing the top mold piece to accommodate the other sizes either. I have looked on youtube and not found anything yet, but will keep searching.

I luv it sm and use it a lot!! I can’t provide a photo rn but it’s nice! The pros: good quality, very fun, things like that! Cons: hard to figure out, (they provide videos in the instructions which help a lot tho) some times the buttons don’t work at all, (idk y) and js takes a while to get used to. Overall though, def worth the time and money and very awesome for my silly little interests!! Will be gifting to lots of my friends!! >;3
