An odd little standoff
Fits oversea made PCB (3mm) to mount style of US designed equipment (5mm). The US designed versions of the PCB are 5MM. This works as a good way to get from 3 to 5.

Nice standoff supports but they are NOT 5mm x 3mm.
The description is wrong, these standoffs will not fit in a 3mm hole. They are more like 5mm x 4mm.
