large clippers broke! only had just over a year. loved the set. can clippers be replaced?

I bought this for a gift for my daughter. However, the clasp on the case is defective and does not close. I also don't think it would shut anyway as the fingernail clippers are too large for the small case. I would return it, however, I did try out the clippers and they are sharper than a different set I bought. Therefore, I will be using the other sets case and these items because of the pink accents, so my daughter can tell her set apart from mine and her sisters.

Cute, but weak metal. The tweezer is useless. For quality, look elsewhere.
