I love the Ultima Hydration Powders. They dont have a real high amount of sodium, but for my fitness needs it suits me. I like that this has magnesium and a few other minerals you can't find in some of the more popular electrolyte mixes. Honestly, I think Ultima has the best overall taste. I love the orange. The lemonade literally tastes like lemonade but zero sugar. The watermelon is my favorite. Another thing, no sucralose or aspartame.

I'll be honest, it doesn't taste great. But if what you want is electrolytes with zero sugar, this is unfortunately what it tastes like. Has all the general benefits of electrolytes without any carbs/calories - hydration, energy, replenishment after workouts.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love having a non-sugary hydration powder. I'm on chemotherapy, and keeping hydrated is essential. There are some other powders that boost hydration, but they are LOADED with sugar, as well as artificial colors! This is naturally colored and flavored, doesn't have sugar, and tastes fantastic!! This is a great electrolyte drink. It doesn't have like 1000mg of salt, which for us is perfect. We need electrolytes, but not that much salt! Its nice as so many flavors and you can buy it in single powder packet form if you are travelling - makes it easier because then you just need water, instead of buying an electrolyte drink at the airpot and then you have tons of plastic, costs to much etc... Just bring this and your stainless steel water bottle and done!

I was concerned that this would be not as expected, as far as flavor. I was pleasantly surprised, it was excellent. Things sweetened with Stevia can sometimes have a bit of a "wang" as far as flavor. Ultima was able to provide a true watermelon flavor and the piece of mind of an all natural, zero calorie sweetener!

I use daily to stay hydrated. I was searching for an electrolyte powder with less sodium and no added sugar. This brand also has magnesium and other nutrients which is a plus.
