I've been using these for years and they are awesome for lower back pain! They work as well as a heating pad without the fire or burning danger. They last at least eight hours and frequently longer. They're also good for use in the winter; I wore one to an outdoor football game and it really helped me to stay warm. Unless you are tiny, get the L-XL size.

My go to for lower back pain going on 7 years now. There is simply nothing else on the market that works as well! The only caveat is it can be difficult to attach around the waist but only if you have a big belly. I'm working on that too!

We had a trip planned to fly 5,000 miles to visit our kids in another country. The kids were only available during a two-week window. In the meantime, I had hip surgery and somehow got a compression fracture in my L3 disc. I wore these against my lower back and fastened them around my waist. They marvelously relieved the back pain. I was able to keep up on the flights and excursions and am very happy with them.

These things work great on my lower back for the pain. It’s great to wear if you have errands to run.
