Most painful backpack I've ever used.
UPDATED REVIEW - After using the bag for three months I am downgrading my review. In all honesty, I'd return the bag if I could and mark it as a single star, but I'm outside of the return window and hope that it will work better for my husband. It fits everything and will stand on it's own if I make sure to balance the weighty items. My original complaint was the zipper on the main compartment sticking when I zipped it quickly. However, after a couple of weeks of regular use the problem somewhat resolved itself and now it only does it rarely. The reason I updated my review (and just ordered a new bag from another brand) is because the bag is SO UNCOMFORTABLE to wear for any period of time. I truly can't stand it for more than 15 minutes. It pulls on my shoulders so badly that they ache. I recently used the bag on a trip through airport security and it held everything I wanted for me and my 2.5 year old. It was so unbelievably painful to carry that I would put it in the stroller and opt to carry my son! I suspect it's because I'm short. I'm 5'2" and in addition to the main straps puling on my neck and shoulders the chest strap isn't really helpful because I have to pull the straps so tight to get the bag on my back properly that it falls right across the widest part of my breasts (ouch!). A hip belt would have been nicer. I'm hoping that my husband who is 6'1" has better luck because at this point I carry this bag in my arms until I get my new bag in...

Good bag
I got this today. I'm planning on using this mostly for personal use but also for business trips. It fits my 15.6" computer for work and my iPad for play. There are hidden pockets that I really like! The bottom of the bag has rubber protection. The USB charging port is a nice add. I normally have to have the cable coming out the zipper. With this, you will still need a power bank, there are plenty of pockets to fit the one you have, and the connection cable attached to the bag is nice and long. They you have your cable that will plug into the USB to go to your device. The main compartment has a lot of pockets to put things in so there is only one big space for most things. On the front there are a couple extra places for what else you might need them for. There are also 2 pockets for drinks, that are nice and deep. The only problem is that they are on the smaller side so I'm not able to fit the insulated water bottle that is the trend. The handle is nice and thick. There also these plastic pieces on the ends of the straps not sure what they are for.

The best backpack I've owned
The best backpack I've owned.I'm a backpack junkie. I love them. I'm not super-crazy and don't own 500 of them but I love a good backpack. The material, pockets, stitching, zippers, padding, and design are all top-notch. Nothing wrong after months of use. What knocks this out of the park for me is the USB charging port. I'm over the moon with this thing. I put a travel charger in the pocket next to the USB cable that is connected to the outside and shoved the slack into the liner and plugged it in. I had a tiny, 2-3 inch, USB cable charger and attached it to the outside port and I've never had such a cool feature on a backpack before. People love it and I get compliments on the design and looks all the time. Once I point out the USB port on the side they want to know where I got it and how much it was.5 stars. Couldn't be happier and this exceeded expectations almost immediately. Thanks!

The USB port
I really like this book bag. I use it for school everyday and I can put many textbooks and the bag still looks slim and that's a major plus in my opinion. When you put the bag on the charging port is on the left slide and that's one of my complaints. I am right handed and used to having my phone in my right pocket, so if I want to charge my phone I need to switch pockets. It would have been convenient if it was on both sides because since it doesn't supply the battery pack, most battery packs have two USB ports. Also the wire in the bag to connect to the battery pack is unnecessarily long. But other than that this is a solid book bag and i would highly recommend it

Excellent Customer Service
In less than 30 days of light use one of the inside liners is coming apart at the seams. Now the seam that holds the shoulder strap in place is falling apart. My idea of light use:I keep my 15" laptop, a bluetooth headset, charging cables, snacks, a notebook, some pens and a small portable charger in it. Not even close to capacity. I also drive to work so I only wear it to and from my driveway at home and to and from the parking lot and my office at work.C'mon man!UPDATE: By the time this bag broke my return date had expired. I felt an honest review was my only option. The good folks over at Uoobag saw this review. They went out of they're way to make it right by sending me a new bag. The second bag seems fine. I'm adding 3 stars based on customer service alone. If the replacement bag doesn't break after a month, I'll add another star.

I always compare 30 different pages when I order stuff online and I guess I got better at it
I just bought one of these for myself. I'm a college student and am always lugging stuff around for class and part time jobs. I was worried the bag would look huge but it doesn't look that big in person, it is very large on the inside though. I always compare 30 different pages when I order stuff online and I guess I got better at it. This bag is really well made. Feels so durable. Padding everywhere and secure zippers. The side pockets for water bottles are big enough to fit normal store bought plastic bottles but anything bigger than that may be difficult.I can't find anything bad to say about this bag. I received it today and just placed an order for another one to give to my little brother starting college.
