Cool product, you get just what you see. Works well, but it is light weight, so your setup on bench may make it rotate, but it’s all workable. Of the four different “settings”, 3-inches is the lowest. I would love a 1-inch! The 7.5” seems always too much.

I'm very happy I purchased this product because it allows me to lift heavy while reducing strain on my previously injured right shoulder. My right pec/deltoid used to bother me a lot while benching ( I'm sort of tall and skinny so it's difficult to lower bar to chest). In fact after a month of benching with this I was able to blow past my goal of benching 225 lbs, so all in all glad I bought this and I hope it lasts.

Couldn't get the pad to stay on the bar properly. Customer service got in touch with me. Ended up getting another one and it works great. Thanks

*Update* seller made good on their product and acknowledged issues. Promptly replied to review and replaced product. Very much appreciated. Will recommend to fellow powerlifters.Just noticed 2 months later after ordering that they acknowledged the flaw but I'm out of the return policy timeframe. Would be GREAT to get an exchange.

I would rate this 5 stars but the 3" slot doesn't stick to the bar, which is pretty inconvenient. In the photo I tied it to the bar w a headband.

Works very well I will definitely recommend it to my friends 💪🏽
