iRocker Paddle Boards Inflatable 11-Feet Long X 6-Inch Thick SUP Package (Blue + Leash) …

We purchased this board shortly after buying the 11’ “All Around” model directly from iRocker.As advertised, the “Sport” is faster and more maneuverable, but also less stable. (I’m 66 and we purchased the first board assuming I need all the stability I can get.) The Sport is intended to fulfill the needs of our younger and lighter guests. Both boards are thoughtfully engineered and appear to be highly durable. The paddle now provided with the Sport is not the “cheesy” version that previous reviewers complained about. I would not minimize the difficulty of inflation; when you are at 10 psi working your way toward the recommended 15, both heft and determination are required. (A woman weighing less than 120 pounds is going to get a work out.) Per the Coast Guard, you will need a personal floatation device (PFD). Climbing back on the board in open water while wearing a life jacket is difficult. (I conducted several unplanned tests.) So, we bought Onyx inflatable belt PFDs. The manufacturer’s decision to sell every board in a “kit” is questionable; e.g. I now have two pumps with only a need for one. I also have two backpacks whose functionality I seriously doubt and for which I have no need under any circumstance.If you are new to the sport, it is great for maintaining core strength and balance. There are at least a half dozen YouTube videos that are very helpful in getting the basics down; only the surfer in our family insists that it is easy.

Great board, sub par accessories. The paddle broke after about 20 uses and the pump broke after about 30 uses. The bag is great though. It actually fits everything.

It pumps up pretty quickly and is pretty sturdy but it deflated rather slowly and doesn’t deflate flat enough to even pretend to roll back up into the stow away bag like it came packaged in). You really need to put some oomph into getting it all back into the bag and once you do, it’s usually awkward and he’s to carry.But all in all you get what you pay for and what I paid for was convenience in not needing yet another rack in my garage or on my car so I’ll take it.

I really love this paddle board, it's great however, the paddle that came with it is definitely defective. It is slanted and doesn't feel right when paddling. It also gets stuck when pulling the paddle apart.

One of the best purchases I've ever made. Sure, the board is a little tipsy since it's only 30" wide, but once you get your bearings on it, that just makes it all the more fun. It's extremely durable, easy to blow up and pack up. I wrap my life vest around my deflated irocker before packing it in the bag. This provides a cushion between my back and the lumpy pack. I'm bummed but not shocked that it's made in China. Other than that- a great product that is well worth the money. Quality of life increased for both my black lab and myself!

The board itself is very well built and light as a feather. I've been paddling inflatable boats for decades, so I know quality construction when I see it. Having said that, I'm 6' 2" and the narrowness of the board makes it pretty tippy, so if you're tall you should be aware of that. It also doesn't do great in wavy/choppy conditions (again, narrow), but it's a nice board to paddle in flat water and it's reasonably fast for an inflatable. Also, the pump isn't high-quality and the o-ring/gasket folded all over itself after a short time and it became useless. I just bought a board from another manufacturer for river-running and their pump is well made, similar to high-quality raft pumps I own, and I expect it will last a very long time.

Excellent design and stability. I originally wasn't sure about how to make sure air pressure (and pump) was correct but figured it out. I am very happy with the purchase now that I have used it a couple times. Very compact and easy to move around and store.
