Unlike normal coconut oil, Fractionated Coconut Oil remains in a liquid state even at low temperatures. The ability to remain at liquid state is because Fractionated Coconut Oil literally means that there is a fraction of the coconut in the oil since the lauric acid is removed. This fraction that is left is referred to as medium chain triglycerides (MCT). Our Fractionated Coconut Oil is a natural clear color. There are no additives, fillers, or preservatives. This Fractionated Coconut Oil is sulfate-free and paraben-free. Fractionated Coconut Oil is known to sooth dry skin, including eczema and psoriasis. This Fractionated Coconut Oil has a high concentration of capric acid and caprylic acid, which give it a tremendous amount of antioxidant and disinfecting properties.
