Broken abd damaged piece received..... Trying too hard to return the damaged item.... Call Waiting time is minimum 20-30 minutes..... You can easily and conveniently missed your important calls.....

May be a big one but usable space is less.
To make the box sturdy the box wall,bottom and upper lid are designed in such a way that the inner protruding moulds create obstacles to keep any long screw driver or a drill machine. Inner space can not be fully utilised.
