I purchased this around Black Friday so I did get a really good deal; however, the regular price is a pretty good price as well. This desk was actually very easy to put together. I had purchased 2, 1 for each one of my sons. So I had to put this desk together twice. It has detailed directions which were easy to follow and all of the screws were separated & labeled in a very long plastic bag. Once together this desk is very sturdy and good quality. My sons are 6 and 9, so they're not very easy with it, and it still is holding up pretty well. I like the fact that they could display some of their favorite things on the one side and then have the other side to do drawing and coloring. Once they get older, we will then be able to change it into more of a gaming desk as right now their game systems are set up differently in their room. These really are good quality and durable desks that can be used for not just gaming set up , but also even for showing and crafts.

The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent desk if you're a gamer, for work or even schooling. The L shaped design is great for small rooms; when you place it in the corner, it leaves you with a more open room layout but gives you a ton of working space. I can set up my computer on one side, then have the whole other side to work on projects.I was able to build this desk by myself. I would recommend reading the instructions over first, then start building. The instructions lay out the part placements, and it is very import to make sure you have them in the right spot before installing the bolts. Read twice, bolt in once! I did not do this, and had to undue and redo the panels. The Materials of the desk are very light weight; I had no problem flipping the desk over on my own. Even though the desk is light weight, it was very sturdy and lay nice and stable on the floor, no wobbling. You have side support panels and center supports, but they do not take up leg room. You Have plenty of space, even if you wanted to do two chairs.This is a very functional desk, at a very reasonable price. It keeps my office space open, while optimizing my work area as much as possible. The top of the desk is made of a nice smooth material. You also get a bonus of an additional shelf you can add onto the top of the desk. The design allows you to place this on either side, which ever you prefer. This addition is high enough up, that you still get the full use of the desk, and then added space at the top. I use a Laptop and monitor, and this is perfect to place the monitor above and my laptop below, and I can easily view both screens. I did have a bit of trouble lining out the bolts, since you put this piece on when it is upright. Make sure you don't over tighten your screws though, I stripped one, but luckily there was an extra included!

I was slightly weary about purchasing this desk as I saw some reviews that said it was wobbly or that the screws punched through the top but I took a gamble because there were many more good reviews than bad and boy am I happy I did. So far.Firstly the desk has plenty of desk space and lots of wonderful leg room. It’s also the perfect size for me and our house. I can absolutely see how some people did have an issue with screws punching through the top HOWEVER the instructions clearly indicate not to over tighten the bolts or pop throughs may happen. I tightened my screws and bolts snugly without over tightening and I had zero pop throughs and the desk is plenty sturdy for my needs. That being said this is NOT the desk to lean on or against or even drag across the room to move because I can see how that can possibly make the desk a little wobbly. But if you assemble it carefully following the directions and you move it without dragging it than this desk is an amazing bargain and it looks good to boot!

The media could not be loaded. My first and foremost warning is be sure you are assembling this correctly. Do not over-tighten but make sure all connections are secure. When I first assembled I accidentally inverted one of the upper tables and it required to unassemble to fix and reassemble. Use the old carpenter adage measure twice, cut once. No cutting is involved. That's just a saying. When put together correctly, this table is an amazingly sturdy instrument. At one point my articulating arm which clips on the back of the table held a 20 lb all in one computer! In my video there are just two monitors up there. I now use a desktop style computer. My studio is currently in flux and it's rather messy on the table, but you get the idea that it is there to do all of your electronic functions. There is plenty of room to sit. It would be tight for two people on the inside of the "L" (or the "V" as it were), but if it was in a big enough room you could conveniently put three people, one on each outside of the "L" and one in the "V" in the middle in my opinion. And oh yes, as it's designed, it would be an absolute killer gaming table. Without any covering, the table has a gray and black herringbone effect almost 3D very attractive. The still photo after the video with the pink and turquoise lighting shows the raw table in that middle area.
