So far so good! As a mom needing to help my kid with a school science project, often these crystal growing projects don't explicitly say which type of crystal powder is used. If you need to grow several different types of crystals, know that this one says on the crystal seed pack that these are aluminum potassium sulfate. So if you want to skip buying alum in the spice isle, this kit will check that box for you!

I like the fact that stuff does grow and my little girl can watch the transformation, but I must've done something terribly wrong because this is NOTHING like it shows or says... In fact, it's like they're not even crystals! Does anyone have any tips/suggestions to make this better?! :( I'm going to try and upload a picture.
