Buckwheat (Kasha) is very popular in Russia; the headline is a common saying about buckwheat there. I've tried many times but have not ruined it, yet. Easy to prepare, if you can boil water. I have added this to my "survival food" stock (supply chain issues and general preparedness) because: it is relatively inexpensive; stores and keeps well; has an innate flavor that my family loves; mixes well with eggs, vegetables, meats, soups. Great nutritional profile. Next experiment: Buckwheat and Black Beans - Yum!

I’ve been eating buckwheat groats every morning for a year at least 6 days a week if not 7. My immune system has been enhanced snd I have not even gotten a cold. Buckwheat has one of the highest levels of rutin. If you google all the studies of rutin , you will see the benefits and also buckwheat groats contribute to longevity. There are many studies of this. My recipe is the simplest and probably the tastiest. I put buckwheat groats and vanilla almond milk in a bullet blender and purée it. Then I pour the mixture in a pot on the stove with the heat set at high. Constantly stir it snd it will slowly begin looking like mash potatoes. Tried only about 5 minutes. Then pour it into a bowl and add one tablespoon of organic honey. Mix it and eat. Very simple but you must use vanilla almond milk not the plain almond milk.

I constantly order this item and it is good. I put it in the pressure cooker and it is done in 30-35 min. Can't ask for more than that. Good for you I recommend you buy it if you like Buckwheat I don't eat grains so it is great for me

It's cook very quickly

I didn’t realize how small this package was when I purchased it which is my fault but I can’t help but feel angry about it! Who would buy such a small OVERPRICED amount? And I couldn’t even get a full refund because I’d have to pay for shipping which is about what the item costs...lesson learned read thoroughly before you buy. And don’t buy this unless you like wasting money.

This is the best I brought. Very-very Clean. I checked both of the 2 packages before I cooked and I did not found any dirt in it. So the is perfect. I hope anyone else will find this product as good as I did.

Very expensive for this amount, also the grain is cleaned so it is light (not as good flavour as dark ones)
