Read the instructions to make sure you keep in the refrigerator. They can go in the freezer for a little while

Feels wonderful
I bought these when I had a bad case of hives, and would use them on my swollen eyes. It came in a small storage box that I keep in the fridge and would pull one out to help relieve the puffiness. Now I use them once in a while for tired eyes. They are a nice color and seem to be well made.

Broke after three uses
Broke in the freezer. After being in the freezer for too long, the glass shattered and the liquid spilled everywhere

When you have a migraine it doesn’t work
I would rather just use a cold ice bag these require lots of work
