Effervescent creating painful gas
My surgeon bans all carbonated beverages. The dietician recommends this vitamin. The taste is ok. It’s chewable. It’s like pop rocks or drinking soda. I can’t handle carbonation and these vitamins are carbonated. Caused me serious pain. Hand me paralyzed and could not move. No way to get rid of the gas. Threw this garbage in the trash. I would not recommend at all.

Very different
These are very different from the other chewable bariatric vitamins I've had these are fizzy or bubbly'ish when trying to chew in mouth kinda foamish i can hardly get them down I have to bite the. In small pieces and swallow without chewing until my others get in otherwise these make me gag.
