So far, Great!!
So far, this camera is outstanding. I followed the directions exactly and the camera setup in minutes. I still need to give it time on the actual performance, but so far the picture, the setup, is great. As of now, I will be purchasing a couple more.Update:Camera is still going strong and I recently installed 2 more. My only concern now is that they do not always connect to the app. I had issues with the first one and customer service replied in minutes. Turned out a simple unplug and plug back in was all that was needed.I believe it is more of an app problem versus camera.

Worked great at first BUT NOT ANYMORE!
BAD UPDATE: I purchased 2 more of these since it SEEMED so good. 2 weeks after installing the 2 new ones, the first one went offline and won't even connect via hardwire connection. Tried reset button on wire cable but it does no good. IR lights are on so I know it is getting power. The 2 new ones each failed on separate days several weeks later with the same results as the first one. NO response from email to [email protected] I guess this company is no longer around. It is a shame as these worked great when they were working.Seems OK. Recv'd on 5/9 and started testing it. This is my first wireless security net camera. It seems to be working fine. I am doing a bit of testing right now and will update in a few days. Daytime picture seems pretty good. Night time with infrared is not too bad but a a bit grainy. I will update after I have had a chance to play with this. At this point, I am thinking of ordering more. Since it must have voltage at all times, I have decided to try using my Powerline adapter and that seems to work just fine, as it appears to be hardwired. I am recording to a 128GB flash drive so I will see how the recording goesBAD , too.

Nice camera quality but keep in mind before you attach ...
Nice camera quality but keep in mind before you attach it to the exterior of your house that if you ever change your router password you need to bring it inside and connect it to your modem again to reinstall it. I ended up having to buy a 100 foot ethernet cable to connect the camera, otherwise my husband would have had to untack the wire from our house and redo it. I wish they would make an exterior cam that pans 355 degrees like their other camera but I am still pleased with the purchase.

Horrible Tech Support
It only lasted about 3 weeks testing on my desk. I unplugged it thinking all looked good. 2 weeks later (after the 30 day return window), I got ready to install it and wouldn't work - it's dead. Initially, tech support responded to me, but now I cannot get any response back. Do not buy from InCliick! I am stuck with a worthless camera that I can't get support or refund for.

Stops working after 3 months
Updated: I ordered four of these cameras from Incliick (2 of one model. 2 of this model). As of now, only one remains working. (Both of this B2 model stopped working). Used inside, just plugged in and occasionally accessed. When it did work, the picture was clear, and the software OK. I'll update this review to report on their warranty promise as soon as it's complete.

Good sercurity cameras that function well day or night.
The good- units are designed to be located within 8 feet of an electrical outlet and are not obtrusive.The not so good- Linking the units to my IPhone took a while since the instructions were tough to follow. After a series of trial and errors I was able to get these cameras online. Once the cameras are linked, they function very well. You have to set them up with sensitivity levels for each camera which again is through a trial and error.I gave this a decent rating since you can't go wrong with the price.

I have purchased several of the indoor and outdoor cameras. When they work they are very good. They provide a very clear sharp image. My problem is that two of the outdoor cameras stopped working. I tried reinstalling the cameras but it would not work. I have contacted InCliick many times. Each email take many days for a response. They don't read my email very well as they ask questions that were answered in the original email. After owning both indoor and outdoor InCliick cameras if I had to do over again I would not buy these cameras.
