If you have a long USB cable that is either not in use all the time or is too long for your space, this is for you. I find this most useful on my 10 foot charging cables, headphone cables, VR link cables, web cam cables, telephone cords, and headphone cables. It is too small for standard electrical and appliance cords, FYI .

I got the mini 2 pack for charging cable and headphone. I have a 4-ft braided cable which keeps unwinding because it is too thick to stay in the notch.
