There are none available at those retailers, nor at Amazon, and haven't been since 2017. Now they must be purchased on the aftermarket from 3rd party sellers; collectors or small operators who likely had to purchase at full retail, then mark the item up to recover fees, expenses, and a small profit. The law of supply and demand is at play. As in this case, when demand is high, but supply is low, prices rise.
