I love this bike! It’s super cute, sturdy and not heavy. To be clear: I did not even attempt to build it. I had my local bike shop do it and I am so happy with the decision. Looked easy enough to build, but I did not want to risk messing it up. Great bike, arrived in perfect condition. Very surprised how amazing it is.

Love the quality of this bike and how it rides. Hand brakes only (no back-pedal brake option) but otherwise excellent. Also the instruction manual did not always line up with the model I purchased so it was a little challenging to assemble

Bike showed up missing some hardware. I messaged asking if they could send it, got a message back, no bolts ever came so I ended up having to buy them at the hardware store. The front break assembly was a huge pain. I ended up having to take it to a bike shop to get them installed properly. But even then they front brake pads were so hardened that when my wife tried to use them it sounded like a tugboat air horn. Took it back to bike shop, new brake pads and now it seems to be working correctly. Well except that the kickstand sucks and we have to lean it against something in the garage.But it’s pretty.

This is a sweet looking bike. My wife got compliments on it the first time she rode it. It arrived well packed in a big box. Assembly went OK despite the poor instructions. There was one part missing, a brake clip, and after posting the mistake online the company contacted me within hours. They sent the missing part via USPS in a few days. Great customer service and follow up! I'm sure my wife and granddaughter are going to put a few miles on this bike come summer while we're camping.

I love my new bike so much. The color is so pretty and the bike is the perfect size for 5'2" me.One note: The bike was shipped in such a way that both the shipping box and the bike's front fork was broken :(I reached out to Amazon for possible solutions and was told I'd have to return the bike, including finding another box to send it back, which was a giant PiA.Instead, I found the manufacturer's website and contact information and asked them for help, which they happily provided! I shared a couple of pics of the broken fork and they sent me a brand new one, right away! Yay!Thank you, Micargi!

We had two different people checking. Impossible to use makes terrible noises.Completely overpriced for the quality. Worst purchase I ever did on Amazon.

Easy to put together loved the color exactly what I wanted very happy with everything!
