Great product!

Starting taking this about two weeks ago and love the results so far. In order to reduce any risk of damage to the kidneys I've been told to drink about 1 gallon of water throughout the day, but its a small price to pay. I haven't taken any other form of creatine so i cant compare CEE to mono or anything else but this has worked for me for a reasonable price. Directions start you off at one pill to see how effective it is but the recommended dose is five per day. I'll update this review after the first month is through with more details. So far i recommend it, no bloating or adverse effects that i know of.

the only creatine I've tried that doesn't mess up my gut...and I've tried DOZENS of brands through the years. The neon green branding is a bit much, but ya take what ya can get.

I was looking for a more aggressive creatine and I have found it in the Green Bulge. I understand that it may not be for everyone and you have to stay committed to this pill form delivering system but if you do you will notice results. I can honestly say I am stronger and look bulkier. I did notice a slight decline after I cycled off. I am reordering my second bottle now.I will say that I do not like the powder form delivering system. However, if you are ok with it I would recommend the powder form of this product magnesium creatine chelate is the way to go.

Every time I took the 5 pills I would feel almost high. My mind would feel cloudy but after 2 weeks my stomach couldn't take it and was making me sick and didn't like the head high so i stopped. 3 starts because it is easy to take and i did notice a good pump in the gym without the extra water weight either. Would get 5 starts if it didn't make me sick.

I understand it's "not as effective as some other similar products," and all that crap. You know what? Other products trashed my digestive system. This is the ONLY creatine supplement I've been able to take that is neutral on my system, and it has still been effective in improving my performance. So if you're looking for an easy to digest product, this might be your one and only option. If your digestive system is built like a tank, you're probably okay to try some other more "powerful" product.

One of the few creatine supplements I can take without major stomach upset. Works great.
