Does what it says it will. The finish is a bit rough and ready, but once fitted and bedded in, it is working well

Does the job well. It’s a heavy duty spring that supports a heavy gate. Fitting the bolts is a little tricky due to the length. Requires brute force (or removing the spring) so that aspect is a little awkward but once fitted they work well and look well made. Nice that the spring is black as many seem to have galvanised springs even when the rest of the unit is black.

Well made strong enough to carry a 6ft x 6ft beast fence panel

When taking out of box I was impressed with the build quality of the unit but was instantly let down by poorly fitting bush. Bush to wheel good. Bush to bolt wrong totally size causing wheel to have too much play and function poorly. So annoying as it is such a a simple fix for the supplier/manufacturer to either supply alternative bush or larger bolt to accommodate bush supplied. Fixable for a handyman but not your average Joe.

Does the job adequately I’m well pleased with it

Bought to use on our new heavy 5ft gates. Absolutely perfect! Would recommend.
