Well, thanks to the incredibly unpredictable and frankly atrocious weather that we have experienced so far in the UK in 2024, this tent has been pretty well weather tested and has (so far) stood up to the challenge with Gusto.This tent has been hammered by everything from light showers to driving rain, hail and heavy winds and hasn't shown any signs of leakage or movement at all.This is great as I bought the tent to be a semi-permanent garden structure, for general chilling out and for guests to sleep in if necessary (I live in a tiny bungalow).The construction is good with a thick central pole, heavy duty cordage and ground stakes, good quality zips with equally good quality stitching and a heavy duty frame for the door.The floor is a rubberised nylon or perhaps PVC, that is quite thick and heavy duty and which insulates against the ground underneath nicely (obviously clear the area that you are pitching on of large stones or other sharp objects).Putting it up was a struggle. The instructions supplied are not great and I had to watch a few YouTube videos, throw several tantrums, have a few beer breaks and generally moan and grit my teeth, before getting it right.Having said that, now I know how it all works I expect it to be pretty easy to put up next time around.The tent stays nice and cosy even in cold, rainy, windy conditions but doesn't get sweaty and hot in higher temperatures thanks to the light colour of the canvass.The venting all around the tent is fantastic, with plenty of fresh air available if and when required. With all the vents open, it has a great feel and delivers lots of fresh air.Of course the floor can be easily unzipped from inside (which I haven't tried fully yet so I don't know how easy it is to zip it back up) but it seems like it should be straight forward to do if you have the tent already set up but want to use it in this configuration.The tent comes in a large (but not too bulky), good quality bag for transportation, with individual bags for the poles and stakes. I can't tell you how easy it is to pack away as I haven't tried that yet. I will update the review as necessary once I have dismantled and packed it away for the first time.So far, I am incredibly impressed with this tent and it's durability and weather proof properties. The canvass, despite being a light cream colour has not become discoloured or stained at all and still looks brand new (despite being up for a couple of months now).I don't have a stove to try the stove jack out yet (I will be getting one and will update this review once I have given that a go).All in all a fantastic bit of kit for the money and I have already recommended this model to several friends who have liked what they have seen.
