it works ! !
Batteries work and charger is an option to charge the batteries independent of the devices built in charging function. Keeps your extra batteries charged and ready...

Does not charge
The lights stay red in charger. I expected them to turn green by next morning but no change. The batteries fit poorly into charger so maybe it’s a bad connection.

GETS THE JOB DONE! CAN CHARGE AA OR AAA. NOT USB C CHARGING, WHY?
When I initially bought this, I thought it was a USB-C charger, but to my surprise, it's a micro USB charger.A quick blanket statement about USB-C charging and micro USB charging. This technology was introduced well over 20 years ago.I remember having the micro USB-C for a long time.I'm shocked that companies still need to transition to USC.Being the international standard, I just picked up an iPhone.I'm integrating everything USB C into my life because I have these cables. That said, you could always buy an adapter from micro USB to USB C to solve that issue, but the biggest challenge I've had with micro USB is you never know if it is correct e, so that is a warning to the wise.I got this charger because I needed something to use when traveling.I own several FENIX flashlights, and this is a universal battery charger for small batteries, and they are tiny.I am impressed with it, although the case that it comes in case that it comes in is clear you can put extra batteries in there, and it looks like you could store some AA, too. However, the industry standard does not fit the FENIX 3.7 V battery. What is nice is that you can charge these batteries, AA AAA. The batteries in this chargerNow I've similar chargers of the same price, and at first, you think it will be cheap.THEY LAST FOREVER.I have several for several different types of things because I'm transitioning to USB-C.I recommend getting a 20W or a 30W charger to go along with it because that is the benchmark. As far as the batteries themselves, they work great. You can see other people's reviews, and it's an excellent product to have that you can throw into your bag or backpack luggage and always keep with you if you're interested.Overall, it works great. The only downside is this is not USB-C.I am trying to understand why companies are not transitioning from micro USB to USB-C, but my theory is pretty simple.I want to avoid making the transition because they already have the injection molds for all these micro USBs, which is cheaper, and they would have to increase their production price points with micro USB-C, which is now the standard worldwide.Eventually, all the products will catch up, but I'm down to a handful of devices with micro USB-C left, which I still need to do.It revolves around cycling. If you have any questions, let me know.YOUTUBE STATEMENT ABOUT REVIEWS AND PHOTOSI'm in the process of setting up my YouTube studio to create product reviews.I plan to post a video review of this product on Amazon shortly.Once the studio is ready, I will upload those videos on YouTube and share them here.I use a Canon R3 camera with various RF lenses to capture professional product shots for my clients. My experience includes commercial photography at conferences, conventions, product shoots, podcasts, motorsports, PGA, MMA, and various events in Experiential Marketing across the USA and Canada. The purpose of creating these video reviews is to help people understand the practical use of the product and how it compares to other products. This will be beneficial for both Amazon and YouTube reviews.TM
