Great to help with dry scalp and dry skin. Might help with fine lines/wrinkles
I use this everyday, 1 table spoon in a cup of coffee with 1 serving of bovine protein power which includes 18 g of protein. No weight loss or gain. But I am not hungry like before. Also, my skin is so much more moist and my hair seems to be filling in. (don't know if it is due to this product but my scalp isn't dry anymore) my skin and scalp had been very dry and wrinkles had begun to present themselves. I put 1 table spoon in my coffee daily. After about 1 month Even fine lines and wrinkles are much less noticeable than before.You cannot taste the oil in your coffee. I add 1/2 of soy milk and 1 package of splenda or setvia, Coconut oil does give a thicker texture to the drink. It is more like a latte than a coffee. Remember to stir well.Something to expect from this coconut oil. It can be solid white or if the temperature is high it is liquid. (This is fine and normal)I had my blood work done just before I started this product. I will be having new blood work done soon. Check back for my results.If you do not want to use coconut oil try a really good quality olive oil for the same effect.Check out my other reviews on Bovine.

Great oil for cooking
Great oil for cooking. I like that it has a light coconut scent unlike some of the super refined coconut oil which don't taste like coconut at all. I was a bit hesitant to buy it because it was significantly cheaper than comparable virgin coconut oils but the quality is much better than the price would indicate. Comes from Sri Lanka.

Great price, exactly what I needed
Been looking for a good coconut oil to do some cooking and skin care products and this is PERFECT. Not at all oily, really soaks into the skin, and an amazing price! Will be buying again for sure in the future!

Remains hard at room temperature. If you ate looking for oily creamy consistency this isn't it. This product is very good. Multiple use applications
