The product took just over two weeks to arrive, although I did choose the free shipping option. In retrospect, I would have paid the extra $s for DHL to ship to Australia. The package arrived in Sydney, Australia within a few days from Seattle, USA, but it took Australia Post 10 days to get my package to Perth (the other side of Oz) from Sydney — not unexpected and within the time frame promised by Amazon, but still…by Amazon’s standards, a bit sluggish. My advice to anyone outside of the US (esp. Australia) pay the extra so you don’t waste time in these days of Covid and carrier chaos — go with DHL.The screen and tools sent by the Chinese supplier was expertly packaged in a small, but solid wooden container, using both foam and bubble wrap. The screen itself (an OLED LCD) came already assembled with front-end frame, a time saving relief! Included glass front screen (nicely protected with a removable plastic sheet). Took me around 20 mins to install — but I was ready to go have done this a couple of times before. So far, I’m very happy with the new replacement for my A51 — still testing, but everything looks perfect, thus far.Two things to be aware of if you’re new at this: 1.) the screen is OLED LCD, NOT the original AMOLED — the later is more recent but a LOT more expensive — an OLED LCD is nearly as good IMO — it’s older technology, but very stable and like AMOLED, still “capacitative”; 2.) product doesn’t contain any chips or components and no middle frame, you’re buying a ready-to-install front-end only. I figured this out only after I read the advert several times. This is a bit deceptive IMO as they use AMOLED replacement screen in their advert headline and a few times more! Not technically wrong, but be aware this isn’t an AMOLED. That said, no issues with quality or functionality. The finger print reader works perfectly and screen colour/resolution is still awesome. Digitiser and screen responsiveness work well too. The tools they supply are excellent. Could use more 3M 300 LSE adhesive though, just three strips is a bit stingy guys!Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would recommend them. Their package is nicely put together, the product is new and clean.Finally, If you’re new to this don’t be intimidated — there are several GREAT YouTube instructional videos to help get your confidence up! A simple repair, but still takes some thought and planning.Samsung wanted to change me AUD400 (****holes). Total DIY cost to me? AUD112 — it’s worth it!

Ordered this because it was the least expensive that was Prime eligible; I wish I had spent a lurks now money. The provided tools were flimsy, an înner part was missing (had to remove it from the damaged part), the fingerprint sensor no longer works, the entire screen is overall much less responsive, the adhesive they provided to glue it back together doesn'twork and it cracked almost immediately with the screen protector that came with it. I have to wait to buy a better quality replacement because I spent the$ on this one.

My phone screen was cracked & dead. I ordered this one because it was the only one that was readily available, reasonably priced, had the AMOLED screen that supports the fingerprint sensor, and came with the frame. Could have ordered a similar product direct from China on Alibaba for $15 less - but who the heck wants to wait three weeks for a drop shipment from China to come in when their phone is broken?? So yes, this fit the bill nicely.A nice touch: it comes with all the tools necessary to do the job, as well as some adhesive strips that could be used to adhere the back cover on after complete.I'm pretty adept with repairs and electronics. I watched a youtube video while doing this repair and it took me about 45 minutes to complete. The youtube video recommended using a heat gun to make some of the adhesive release more easily. It might have helped, but I did not find it to be necessary.This has it working exactly as it used to before. Better, in fact - because it's a new screen and doesn't have the burn-in that my old screen had developed over the 2+ years that I've had it.The only thing is I had to re-learn my fingerprints - but after doing that, the fingerprint sensor does still work - as advertised!So if you are looking for a replacement A51 screen - look no further. This is what you need. Hope it lasts. So far, very satisfied.
