This product really helps me regulate my sleep routine when I need that extra help and I wake up without any side effects or drowsiness. Two things to bear in mind with melatonin is, though it will help you fall asleep it doesn't necessarily help you stay asleep all night, second Melatonin doesn't work for everyone. 5mg is definitely a good dosage and also it's sugar free. I have tried gummies from other brands and they somehow don't work for me. Please do not get used to having melatonin every night. I don’t know how people are getting sleep by this tablet. I didn’t notice any remarkable change in my sleeping hours or time. I suppose there are fake reviewers here. I have been using this melatonin tablet since 5 days now. I didn’t get sleep on time even for a single day. I slept at the same time I used to sleep before starting this tablet. Now I think I have just wasted my money on this product. I am not gonna buy it again. This is just as any other melatonin tablet which claims to work but actually not. Just fooling around people saying it has no sugar. It has artificial sweeteners.

The effect will start in half an hour's time. Pretty satisfactory results.

Tried many other melatonin supplements and later found that they all have so much sugar , but this has no sugar, wow. My nutritionist told me not to take sleep gummies as gummies base is made with sugar...tried Fast&Up Melatonin on her recommendation and it actually works. It's NOT a drug or a sleeping pill but just nutrition for sleep is what she told me..I get sleep within few mins now, get deeeep sleep and feel fresh next day..finally able to sleep and wake up on time noww..been having everyday past few weeks and loving it.. If you're not sleepy this won't make you sleepy😂. If you're already sleepy this will make you sleep longer. If you take this and feel sleepy, it's a placebo effect due to your brain making you feel like it's working😂. If you're a nocturnal, it won't do a thing. YOUR own effort matters. I took it and stayed up 4 hours after that like it was nothing. So fix your schedule. These won't help if you just rely on them.
