Not only does it fix many tuning issues, especially on a cheap guitar with a plastic nut, but they also look slick. Very useful and attractive upgrade.

I was building a custom Telecaster and needed a string guide for the headstock. These were a 2 fer deal at a great price! Once installed, they are doing well!

Trees work well. Be cautious of drilling hole too big or not at all as string pull will cause them to tear though threads and will slip out. Nice gold finish.

One of the screws broke even though I pre-drilled the headstock. The savings is not worth the headache and now I have to extract half a screw from my headstock somehow

The person that designed these probably got their engineering degree from a box of Cracker Jacks.... First Thing ... They look like Brass but nope, I think there zinc.. Yellow coated Zinc. Second... The rollers are not independent.. i.e. One turns the other must turn So not only do they drag but they drag on the neighboring string Making them far worse than the stock fender clips. Lastly their too tall for a strat or tele so what's the point to began with??? Complete waste of zinc or what ever pot metal they used.
