SIZE DOWN. I am 5’8 190 pounds and wear a size 6 pants , med shirt.Looking at the reviews I got the medium and I honestly could have gotten a small.I’m not even going to attempt using the bathroom with this on 😂It wasn’t that difficult to get on but I could see where many would have issues if you have thicker thighs.

For me it was a bit hard to get on by myself due to my left arm being injuried but it fit great once I got it on.

Good fit comfortable for longer time my only complaint is the straps are NOT comfortable they are thin and dig this is the only reason I will not be wearing this or buying more. Sad really because I really like it otherwise 😒

Great product. However it only provides medium support. I think this is great for what it promotes to do. I am looking for something that would help me snatch my figure. This is a “softer” approach to shapewear. Nonetheless it was very comfortable. I am 5’8 and 150 lbs.
