Q: will this fit on a Nordictrack Grandtour pro bike? seat size about almost 11 x 12 inches

It should fit. The cover itself measures roughly 11 x 11". The exercise bike I have has a seat that is 15 x 11" and this seat cover covers the major portion of the seat. It's very well cushioned and the drawstring closure holds tight and securely.
