I purchased this device, it’s really helpful , the customer service team they are really nice and answered all my queries, the technical team improved the software since I bought the device, they make the printer better and better.They are updating the software very fast. I recommend this printer for home and small businesses.

Inconsistent prints, i tried printing 10 of the same label, 2 came out good, 2 with half the print missing and 6 with random spots missing.I do not recommend using this product. 20% pass rate of prints.
