Sparkly, cute, and easy to install.
My. daughter, who is in high school, had foot surgery and needed to use a knee scooter. She wanted these to bling it out. They popped right not the handles and definitely added the bling!

Cute but not long lasting
I’m not sure if my daughter was just too rough riding around on her bike but the streamers fell out within the first week of having them unfortunately. It is a cheap price and is cute but not for the long run.
