David , I store my almond paste in a Tupperware container in the fridge and stays good for a year ! but usually doesn't last that long cuz I'm always using it !

Yes ! And it’s really good. I opened the can and divided paste into approximately 1 lb packages and froze it. I keep one package at a time in the refrigerator so it’s readily available. I will buy again.

Q: What do I do if the product comes in a dented can and no return policy?

Mine arrive dented. No problem with the product.

Q: Where is the expiration date located? I cannot tell which set of numbers it is and I’m hoping it’s neither because it would indicate it is expired

I don’t keep opened almond paste in the can, so I don’t know the answer to this question. However, I refrigerate it, and am sure I use it after what the expiration was...... with no apparent problem. I imagine it expires a year after opening....... you could call the company.
