cartridge stuck inside and couldn’t be removed, no matter how hard I tried. Ended up hurting my fingers just trying to get it out. It seems like a design flaw, and unfortunately, it’s not something I’d recommend because of how inconvenient and painful it was to use.

I liked the fast delivery, easy attachement, and the fact that the product is sturdy. I could feel the difference in washing my hair the first time I tried it. The hair is soft and not at all sticky/dry.

Coming from New Zealand where we don't have hard water, my hair never felt clean and my skin was drying out. Also bought a clarifying shampoo and conditioner which would have helped, but would recommend this product as a cheaper alternative to the likes of Jolie, Afina etc Main downside is shower pressure is affected, which is only really annoying when washing my hair, but nothing so drastic that I can't remove product efficiently.

To all the 1 star reviews who had trouble opening it, follow the tried and true, lefty loosey righty tighty rule. The reason for all the confusion is because the instructions that come in the box are super unclear and it suggests you had to twist the bottom part of the filter counter clockwise, when you should be twisting the top part counter-clockwise. If you do that, it doesnt take much strength at all.

Bought this to cure hardness in water of Gurgaon but this didn't work at all, The TDS remained exactly same despite using this device.
