Sounds and looks great. Easy setup. Had a question about Bluetooth set up, vendor responded back in an hour.

Sound quality is worse than bad... it just doesn't exist!!I had been searching for the perfect record player to match my decor and be the exact look I wanted for months if not years. It took forever, but when I finally found this one I thought it was perfect! I saw the reviews that the sound quality was poor but I thought that was in regards to bass or something that would only be a bother if you are looking for top notch quality which is not me. I have a few records and just wanted something that could play in the background while doing dishes or something like that. Truthfully, I was far more interested in it as decor than for sound quality and even still, it was awful. First of all, I did not realize it requires separate speakers. Perhaps I didn't read into it enough or it's just because I am not well versed in this area, but that started the experience off on a bad note. I eventually got speakers for it (which kind of ruined the whole look of it) but that did not even matter because even with high quality speakers on full blast and the record player as loud as it could go, you very literally could not hear it over the sound of your own voice at normal volume. Genuinely so disappointing. I ended up returning which was actually a simple and fast process but overall, I wouldn't even say the sound quality is bad, It just does not exist. The one and only thing I can say positive is that it is as pretty in person as the pictures. It is also oddly large but it is pretty. But unless you literally want it to sit and NEVER BE USED, don't do it. Even if you want to, you can't hear literally anything.

big motor noise. a lot of noise at the sound output I have not studied this miracle of technology to the end. I have three more weeks. I like the idea itself. I like the exterior design. but. this thing was made only by Chinese designers, but not by those people who understand a little about technology. there is NOTHING TECHNOLOGY in this thing. THIS IS A KIT FOR A LOW-CLASS HAMPER. but as a frame for a radio amateur it suits me. I will throw everything out of the inside and I will put all my own. I paid $250 for a piece of plastic with a motor. and that suits me). This device is not for the poor)))

We can hear a big scratch sound when the arm return in initial position. It sound like a "Declic". Customer's service not good.

I am returning this item because of poor sound quality. I had high hopes that this record player would reproduce record sound with fidelity- it did not. As the record spun on the turn table, the sound/ music auditably would phase in and out - not wow and flutter, sound dips in and out. Who knows, maybe I got a defective one and I hope your experience is different. I wanted to express what my experience was.

It’s beautiful….volume is limited not by the speaker but from its origin.

Sounded great. But, RCA connection cut out 1st day.

this is one of the most fantastic items that i ever had and it really works very good. compare it with the other brand, with less money, but better quality and very clear sound./ i love it
