Excellent as a primary source for exam preparation
I passed the CISSP exam in January 2025 after getting asked the minimum of 100 questions and this is my take of this book. I first read Mike Chapple's book (9th edition) and then this All-in-One guide. I then read the Destination CISSP book. Overall, I liked the comprehensiveness and explanations of this book most, it can be used almost as a single source for preparing for the exam, maybe even a single source. I have just a few doubts since the exam content was last revised in August 2024 and this book hasn't been updated since. The book comes with thousands of test questions, mostly written good, but just like the other books, they were not exam-realistic, yet still very useful for reinforcement of concepts. If the authors update this book with the latest exam content, I will confidently recommend this book as a single source for exam preparation.

Great CISSP study guide
This CISSP All-in-One study guide is a great book with deep technical explanation. I read this book cover-to-cover once, and I need to read this again to reinforce all the concepts. This book is highly recommended as a supplement for the CISSP exam, it is very well written and explains every concept and is a good read.

Does not always explain concepts well
As an engineer I find a lot of text in this book overly fluffy and often poorly explained (e.g. recursively defined). For example I answered less than half of the questions of the first chapter correctly after reading it the first time.
