I'm a 5K runner and I've often suffered from shin splints and knots in calves. I almost didn't try these socks because they just seemed have a different material over the arches. I didn't see the big deal or how it could help my arches, I just wanted to return these.But I went for a run today with the socks anyway, with my socks being the only variable and I WAS JUST AMAZED by these!!! There's firm yet comfortable support around the ankles and the arches. The toe area had ample amount of space for movement.I have minimum impact on my shins and my recovery was magical! Each box comes with 2 pairs and I have another pair on the way. I hope to be buried with these one day LOL

Great socks but expensive.

This ankle compression running socks really works. I can now walk/jog a lot longer without pain and/or swelling. I will definitely purchase more of these.

Chaussettes agréables et bon maintien pour le running, déjà testé je suis entièrement satisfaite.

Liegen schön am Fuß an, damit stört keine Stofffalte im Schuh! Die Verarbeitung schaut perfekt aus, das Material fühlt sich ebenfalls sehr gut an! Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich aktuell noch nichts sagen.
