I moved to Fl and it's impossible to find any Vienna products here. I grew up w this Vienna product. I prefer the mild as to me the hot is scorching 🥵. I never had to purchase because anywhere I ordered an Italian beef sandwich I had it added on. It's very hard to find a real Italian beef here unless I drive to Orlando which is an hour away. Now I add it to many foods. From any sandwich I make to scrambled eggs, to a side on my plate. Even if you're not from Chicagoland you will love the mix of veg's, the crispness and the olive oil. Perfectly seasoned and I consider it perfection. I also purchased one for my true Floridian friend. He'd never even heard of giardiniera and is now hooked. I love it cold too. I no longer have to live without it. I have it on auto ship every 4 months so I never ever have to be without again! It's front and center in my fridge too!
